I have purchased the same board twice, i have written 2 mails about this subject, and i was told to contact customer service, but when i try, i receive an error message.

What sort of error did you receive?I tried going to www.digitalriver.com/cs/ just now and didn't run into any problems. Try calling them directly at: 1-800-656-5426 ------------------
