Bear in mind that boards that case usage get about 6 months to a year - and if still dead after so long, they get erased.

I dont want to appear awkward or a ba$tard about it, but just want you to know what the situation is b4 any decisions are made. Its a lot of effort if its going to be dead data, and dead data is no good to anyone, if archiving is what youre looking for rather than continuance - but dont want to host any longer, then surely zipping it all up till it is wanted again is the better option.

Id rather be open, honest and upfront about it.

PS (edit) the 56k theme (only 5k) is choosable from your PROFILE. should make browsing a lot smoother for those not firtunate enough to have broadband available to them. EVERYTHING thats non essential is stripped out of it. That should make the DPA happy

It drops occasionally, but thats always expected with home servers anyway... and when it does go, its not usually for very long (about 20 mins), unless it drops while im in bed - in which case theres nuthin i can do about it till i get up.... obviously.... but its been very well behaved recently.
